Through conversation, I’ll analyse your body language and the choice of words you make and the emphasis you use on them to understand how you perceive the world.
Through that I’ll understand how you experience the world and how your past has shaped you
I’ll then know which tools to use to help you with the issue you’ve highlighted
We can use Anchoring to turn sensory experiences (sounds, images) into triggers for various emotional states (self-confidence, positive thinking, excitement, etc.)
Or, we can use the Swish pattern to change your patterns of behaviour to reach a positive (desired) outcome instead of a negative (undesired) outcome
Alternatively there are various other tools which can be used depending on how you understand the world.
